'You're welcome to pay for your own parking spot!': Guy blocks neighbor's car from leaving after neighbor steals his parking spot for several weeks in a row

This neighbor didn't realize how much of a nuisance he was until the guy across the street forced him to face reality.

This author had a designated parking spot that was guaranteed to him upon the signing of his lease. His neighbor opted not to request a parking spot, given that it was too expensive for him to justify. So instead, he was supposed to embrace street parking as an alternative. 

The problem was that it could sometimes take up to an hour just to find decent street parking, so the neighbor decided to steal the author's parking spot to see if he could get away with it. After trying this a few times, the author confronted his neighbor and kindly asked him to no longer park in a spot that wasn't his.
